FRIED BANANAS WITH ALMONDS
I often make fried bananas for breakfast; it makes for a solid breakfast, full of magnesium.
I use ripe bananas, they should be almost brown! It takes 10 to 15 minutes to make, leaving you with extra time to enjoy this healthy breakfast!
Handful of almonds
2 (organic) bananas per person, peeled, cut in half (length)
Olive or coconut oil
Chop the almonds and roast them in a frying pan (no oil), then take them out
Stay close, as they burn easily!
Put some olive or coconut oil in the same pan and the banana pieces
Stir them over moderate heat for 5 minutes
Put the bananas on a plate and add the roasted almonds
